Serves 8

2 pkgs. Frozen chopped spinach,    

½ pt. sour cream   

2 small cans tomato paste

1 Tbsp. grated onion           


½ cup, canned mushrooms

½ stick butter or margarine

Instructions: Cook spinach according to direction; drain. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Place spinach in casserole. Add onions & mushrooms, and mix thoroughly. Spread paste on top, then cover with sour cream, covering paste. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until heated through, about 20 minutes.
