Frank and Glenda Castro of McAllen celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by enjoying several weeks of fun and relaxation. Frank, the son of the late Florencio and Aurora Castro of McAllen, married Glenda Hatcher on June 29, 1961 in Montte, Ark. He is the former general manager of the Valley Town Crier. Glenda is a retired elementary school teacher in McAllen. They have two sons, Frank A. and wife Stephanie of Cedar Park, Texas, and David and his wife Thelma of San Marcos, Texas.
