Tony and Tammie Risica of McAllen announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brooke Ellen Graf of Frisco, Texas, to Preston Kirk Rock. She is also the daughter of the late Dr. Dean Graf. The prospective groom is the son of Kevin and Susan Rock of McAllen. The bride’s grandparents are Dr. and Mrs. James Bexley of Huntsville, Texas, Ms. Loretta Riscia of Edinburg and Ms. Lois Graf of Houston and the late Frank Graf. The groom’s grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ron Rock of McAllen, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Green of Edinburg and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Barrett of McAllen.
