Hippity, hoppity. Here comes the Easter Bunny with his basket of Easter eggs and other springtime goodies, and he’s promised to hide lots of eggs. So grab your Easter baskets and get ready to hippity hop over to Speer Memorial Library and enjoy an Easter Eggs Hunt and lots of great stories and Easter celebrations with Lisa Rivera, Children’s librarian. So, come prepared to hunt, hunt, hunt! In addition, the Easter Bunny invites all children to take a picture with him when he visits on Thursday, April 16, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Parents are welcome to bring their own cameras.
Speer Memorial Library is located at 12th and Kika De La Garza Loop in Mission. The library is open (except for Holidays) Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
