McAllen Memorial Library will present the third in their “Reel Seniors Movie Series” on Wednesday, April 14, at 10 a.m.

The movie featured on this date will be “The Maltese Falcon’. This is a 1941 Warner Bros. film based on the novel of the same name by Dashiell Hammett, written and directed by John Huston. Sydney Greenstreet, fends off the duplicitous advances of Mary Astor and roughs up a cringing “gunsel” played by Elisha Cook Jr.This movie will be shown at 10 a.m., free of charge, in the exhibit room at McAllen Memorial Library at 601 N. Main.
