Surely we were all happy for this man! Think happy thoughts for South Dakota rancher Neal Wanless, who recently won a multi-million dollar jackpot. Couldn’t be a better story — he lives with his parents near Mission, South Dakota, in a very poor county, and says “. . . I will not squander it.” May he do more with his new millions than many of the sports and rock stars!
