The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce would like to announce the winners for the 4th Annual Texas Cook’em: High Steaks in Edinburg. Grand Champion was Ronnie Wade from Blazin BBQ, and Reserved Grand Champion, Don Canterbury from We Be Smokin’.
Over 40 teams participated on July 4th for $15,000 in total prize money. The cook off was a success with Michael Salgado headlining the event, and a grand fireworks display that capped off the evening.
