The Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library through its Cultural Arts Division announces a variety of free quality-of-life program. Programs such as festivals, theatrical performances, dance, music, and art exhibits, as well as poetry readings.

One of these programs is ART_oLoGY, an art class for adults. The program consists of two classes painting and drawing. The first painting class is on Friday, February 23, at 6 p.m. and the drawing class will be on Saturday, February 24, at 2 p.m..

The classes are designed to be fun and educational for adults and seniors. Because of its popularity, seating is limited to 30 students per class. Classes are on a first come, first served basis. Registration begins on February 5, and will close on February 13. Students can register by visiting or by calling The Sekula Memorial Library at 956-383-6246.

All materials for the painting class will be provided; while only some materials will be provided for the drawing class. Students are welcome to supply their own material. A complete list of supplies is available on the website.
