The Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library is continuing its International Speaker Series, giving people the opportunity to learn more about different cultures that exist in our world.

The library will be host University of Texas Rio Grande Valley international student, Hugo Ramirez Villagomez, on Thursday April 19 at 6:00 p.m. Villagomez is from Mexico, but is studying here at UTRGV. He has agreed to come to the library and speak about his culture and experiences.

Villagomez came to the United States after studying at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where he majored in International Business. He gained experience in economics and international political relationships while working with transnational companies such as MSC and Evergreen, two maritime lines. The program will include a presentation followed by a question and answer session.
