This fall, South Texas College is offering classes at a new satellite teaching site located at 1800 South Main Street in McAllen. Called Main Place Center, the location offers Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday classes from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in a variety of subjects including art, business administration, education, English, government, history, humanities, math, psychology, Spanish and speech.
“This new location offers a great alternative to students who work part or full time,” explained Dr. Anahid Petrosian, assistant to STC’s vice president for academic affairs. “Students can enjoy the small classes and one-on-one instructor support unique to STC in an even more intimate setting. And the range of classes available makes it possible for students to get all the courses they need in one location.”
Registration for classes at the Main Place Center is currently under way. For more information call 956-872-8311.
