ManicHaus is proud to exhibit his newest body of work, comprising of black and white paintings and ink drawings.

“When I paint, as soon as a line emerges, I know in which direction to go as I am guided by its voice,” Miranda said. “The scenario is enhanced by the constant investigation of the line that has accompanied me since my early childhood. Just as my heart, my brain and my blood are part of my being, so is the line. It presents me with the possibility of living a particular moment. All my awareness is present to listen to it and to capture its expression.”

Gallery hours are: Tuesday through Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m. Call 956-207-0940 or e-mail: for more information. ManicHaus is a 2008-09 McAllen Arts Council grant recipient. Art classes are available as well.
