Keep McAllen Beautiful has teamed up with Another Music Festival in order to make this a better experience for the public. By providing more recycling canisters, festival goers will see how easy it can be to do their part in helping to maintain a great festival experience as well as maintaining a clean Entertainment District. “We wanted AMF to not only contribute something to the community but we also wanted to use the experience to teach attendees they, too, can give back to their community by recycling and keeping our streets free of pollution, “said Annabell Cortina, AMF and Special Events Director for the McAllen Chamber of Commerce. “We want AMF to be a great interactive experience at the same time providing some education on how to make McAllen an event better place in which to live.”

Another Music Festival will also provide interactive activities that educate the community on being green, such as the AMF T-Shirt Factory. “The T-shirt Factory is a way for you to take home a t-shirt you designed yourself instead of buying something that looks exactly like everyone else. We are using environmentally-friendly materials to make design the shirts,” said Nicole Aguirre, Chair of the AMF T-Shirt Factory. “We invite everyone to come out during set-breaks at the festival to design their own AMF shirt.”
