The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is the fourth-best university in Texas, according to the Best Colleges in Texas for 2018 rankings.
The list – which was compiled by BestColleges.com – ranks the following schools as the top five in the state:
1. The University of Texas at Austin.
2. Rice University.
3. Texas A&M University.
5. The University Texas at Dallas.
